The results
“Vickie is that unusual professional who combines deep expertise in her own discipline with an eagerness and ability to extend her skills into new areas. In my work with her, she’s taken her clinical practice and applied it with great aplomb to senior business-management situations. Her humble confidence makes her far more than a narrow specialist.”
— Nick Palmer, Partner, BTD Consulting
“Above all, Dr. Vickie Dalton is a straight shooter. After many years of professional involvement with Dr. Dalton, she has always been direct and willing to speak the truth and say what needs to be said, rather than what the listener wants to hear. She is incisive and intuitive in her assessments and opinions. And, Dr. Dalton’s presentation, both in and out of court, is articulate, well reasoned, and confident.”

More About Me
As a licensed psychologist, I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to bring positive change into their lives. I believe that it is through honest self-exploration that we learn why we do what we do and how we can make deep and lasting changes. My focus on accountability and ownership provides the framework for meaningful and lasting change.
I have over two decades of experience helping individuals, families, and professionals navigate challenges of divorce, anxiety, depression, co-parenting, and major life transitions. My direct, supportive style is appreciated by my clients and I work to help my clients be mindful of their thoughts and behaviors so they feel more in control of their emotions and choices.
I completed an intensive ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider (CCSP) certification program that ensures I have the most up to date information on the neurobiology behind this disorder. Additionally, the CCSP certification ensures that I can support my clients in implementing the most effective treatments to combat the challenges individuals with ADHD face. A large part of my practice is dedicated to helping students, individuals, families and couples better understand and navigate the complexities that ADHD brings to their lives.
In addition to providing therapy and coaching of professionals and co-parents, I also lecture nationally. In that role, I specialize in educating executives on effective conflict management strategies, as well as navigating the complex personality dynamics that emerge within business and legal partnership.
